Salted Caramel Protein Ice Cream

Here's a super easy protein ice cream that is vegan and takes less than 20 minutes to create! So delicious and so creamy!


Ingredients:

15 oz can Coconut Milk (refrigerate 8 hrs)

4 frozen bananas

1/4 cup coconut sugar

2 scoops KOS Salted Caramel Protein Powder


Directions:

  1. Scoop out the solidified portion of the coconut milk and add into a food processor or vitamix with frozen bananas, and coconut sugar together in a food processor and blend until nice and creamy

  2. Add in protein powder and mix until well combined

  3. Enjoy! [for hard ice cream, put in freezer for at least an hour]
