Adaptogen Protein Bites



Ingredients: 1/2 cup natural almond butter 1/4 cup pure maple syrup 2 tbsp dairy free mini chocolate chips 1 tbsp chia seeds 2 scoops KOS unflavored protein powder 3/4 cup quick oats

1 scoop KOS rhodiola, optional


Directions: 1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well combined. 2. Roll into 1 inch bites and chill. 3. Store in refrigerator, covered for up to 7 days
